Shipment Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.
• Parcel delivery with online tracking takes 2-3 working days.
• Orders placed before 8 AM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same working day, with delivery expected within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands, an extra day may be required.
• Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
• Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DPD from Monday to Saturday.
• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipment Timeframes & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Please note that during Royal Mail Strikes, non-working times, or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be affected, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that have already been dispatched or ordered during such events until they reach you.
• In the rare event of a lost or wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able to resend the order.

Order Volume and Delays:

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.
• In case of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to keep you informed.
